LEGAL

You only need the approval of 1/3 of the neighbours or 3/5 of the participants of the meeting and that it does not affect the rest, according to article 17.1 of the Horizontal Property Law for the installation of renewable energies, Law 49/1960 of 21 July and Royal Decree 244/2019, of 5 April.
